Copper etching in PCB fabrication
We generate circuits on copper sheets by etching away unwanted copper.
Scrubbing and cleaning copper sheets
We scrub the copper sheets to increase roughness and clean them.
Immersion copper
Through a chemical reaction, we deposit copper on the surface of the board or the wall of the PCB holes.
VCP copper plating
We adopt the more advanced vertical continuous plating (VCP) method to plate copper on the wall of PCB holes.
Placing SMDs in SMT assembly
On an SMT line, surface-mount devices are picked and placed automatically on circuit boards.
Metallographic inspection
Under a microscope, we check the PCBA cross-section to ensure good copper filling and circuit connection.
PCB automatic electroplating
We adopt the automatic electroplating method to apply the hard gold plating surface finish on PCBs.

In this way, we reduce the order cycle from three days to ten minutes.
