Refund Policy

Article 1 Cancel Order
  • The PCB products provided on the PCBONLINE website are customized products. We accept order cancellation before product review or production. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
  • If the product has already started production, we cannot cancel the order.
Article 2 Return
  • PCB is a customized product, so each product is produced according to the customer's
  • PCB design Gerber file. If it is because we do not produce according to the customer's
  • PCB design Gerber file or remarks, or the production quality does not meet the IPC standard or the customer’s requirements in advance, we accept the return or refund, and then the customer has the right to apply for a refund within 14 days after receiving the product.
  • At most, only one shipping fee (including return) is charged to the customer; for returned products, no purchase fee is charged to the consumer.
Article 3 Refund
  • After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Article 4 Overdue or Missing Refund
  • If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to officially issue a refund. Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time. If you have completed all these operations, but still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@pcbonline.com.
  • Please also contact our customer service at info@pcbonline.com to obtain the return address.
